As regards COVID 19 recent contributions by the Club include a donation for the provision of PPE for frontline staff. All these activities would not be possible without the support and contribution of the people and organisations of Ballina who year after year generously support fundraising efforts.

The town in question is very well served by an extremely active and energetic group. They have worked hard continuously adapting to changing needs, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm and, crucially, have developed trust with the community. They seek at all times to contribute significantly to the betterment of that community – they are the Lions Club.
